What is EDI integration and how does SignalEDI work?

EDI is the structured exchange of business documents between trading partners. SignalEDI helps map your business data into the purchase orders, ship notices, and invoices a partner requires, checks those documents, and keeps responses and exceptions visible in one workspace.

Can I use SignalEDI with QuickBooks Online or Desktop?

Explore separate integration paths for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Online uses account authorization; Desktop uses Intuit's Windows Web Connector. Check the integration details for compatibility, supported workflows, plan requirements, and rollout readiness. An integration information page does not mean an Intuit marketplace listing is approved.

Does a validated document mean my partner has approved it?

Validation checks your document against the configured requirements. Your trading partner still controls testing, certification, and production approval. SignalEDI keeps those stages distinct so your team can see what is ready and what is waiting on the partner.
